Responsibilities :

Create and publish video content for various business needs (social media, animations,  advertisements, events, etc.);

Prepare and gather the necessary equipment for various types of filming (camera, sound recording, lighting, etc.);

Perform editing and post-production while respecting the objectives and the creative vision of the mandate;

Continuously monitor video and social media trends, and conduct competitor monitoring.

Qualification and Skills :

Good knowledge of social networks (Youtube, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, LinkedIn)

Experience in filming and video editing

Effective communication in French and English

Real Estate Data Researcher

Responsibilities:

  • Search for real estate data in various databases;
  • Identify information of interest;
  • Compile and compare relevant information;
  • Synthesize market intelligence to feed into assessments, competitive analysis, industry analysis and negotiation support;
  • Prepare reports using the latest market information;
  • Continually examine trends in the Canadian real estate market.

Qualification and Skills :

  • Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Research and analysis of statistics;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements or deadlines to support our clients' objectives;
  • Effective communication in French and English (written and verbal).

Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Verify and organize the information, documents and deadlines relating to contracts and promises to purchase or lease from the beginning to the end of each transaction to ensure its success;
  • Update our records and transaction logs;
  • Ensure the sound management of our budgets, our accounts receivable and payable;
  • Prepare and manage our invoices and track payments;
  • Any other task related to finance, accounting and business operations.

Qualification and Skills :

  • Have a training in administration, accounting or the equivalent in experience;
  • Sense of work planning and organization;
  • Great attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements or deadlines to support our clients' objectives;
  • Computer literate and good knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
  • Effective communication in French and English (written and verbal).
