Between 2004 and 2024, CHIA Marketing (formerly known as Orchimedia Inc.) had the privilege of advising and supporting renowned organizations such as Aéroports de Montréal, McCain Foods, National Bank of Canada, Bombardier, Broccolini, Camso, Cirque du Soleil, Pyrotek, Tourisme Québec, Beijing Tourism, Ubisoft, and many others. A multi-award-winning agency, Chia’s marketing team stood out for its ability to build bridges across cultures and manage large-scale projects, including the negotiation of the first non-stop flight between Montreal and Beijing, the coordination of Céline Dion’s first tour in Asia, and strategic training for Quebec’s business and political leaders ahead of a major trade mission to China.

Chia nurtures close relationships within the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers (QPAREB), the Canadian Commercial Real Estate Group, the Quebec Urban Development Institute (IDU), the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the Land Network, the Montreal Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, YUL Relations, the Quebec Franchise Council (CQF), the Canadian Chinese Entrepreneurs Council (CCEC) and several other groups. In her previous role as an ambassador and board director, she has also contributed to the advancement of the Quebec Entrepreneurial School (SAJE), the Canada-China Business Council (CCBC), Entreprendre ici, La Ruche crowdfunding platform, and the QPAREB.

WORLD ADVENTURER 

Originally from Taiwan, Chia was raised by her grandmother and started working at the age of 7. Her life trajectory was completely transformed thanks to her professor in Taipei, a true fairy godmother who, unbeknownst to Chia, paid the necessary fees. This allowed Chia to participate in a competition involving more than 150 universities, win the first scholarship jointly awarded by the governments of Canada and Taiwan, and study in Montreal at the age of 20. Since then, she has easily integrated into each new environment, whether in Shanghai or Seattle. Driven by cultural diversity, gastronomy, and architecture, she is always ready to explore new horizons with little preparation, embracing every change with enthusiasm.

LIFELONG LEARNER

Chia is committed to continuous learning to deepen her knowledge and gain ever richer practical experience. Fluent in English, French and Mandarin, she holds licenses as a chartered managing real estate broker AEO (broker of record) and commercial and residential real estate broker, certified by the Quebec Real Estate Brokerage Self-Regulatory Organization (OACIQ). Chia also holds a master's degree in communication and technology, certificates in 3D animation and web programming, as well as a diploma in advertising design and fine arts. Moreover, NLP coaching is also an integral part of her DNA.

The women in Chia's family—her grandmother, mother, and godmother—stand as significant inspirations to her. They attained financial independence via passive income from real estate investments in Taipei, Vancouver, and beyond. As a self-taught real estate investor in Quebec, Chia generously imparts her insights through her commercial real estate podcast and events that unite industry experts and investors. Furthermore, she is dedicated to aiding immigrants and female entrepreneurs in expanding their commercial and multifamily real estate portfolios.
