The Gift of Giving: A First in the Real Estate Industry

In the second half of 2024, Chia-Yi Tung, the agency leader AEO and commercial real estate broker (AEO) launched a groundbreaking initiative in Quebec’s real estate brokerage sector: The Gift of Giving.

For every exclusive brokerage contract signed between June 1 and December 31, 2024, 5% of Chia-Yi Tung’s commission was donated to a registered charity of the client’s choice.

This initiative, a first in the industry, turned each mandate into a double gesture: advancing a real estate project while creating a positive impact in the community.
