On the morning of April 24, 2025, the Happy Broker Chia, commercial real estate broker and founder of CHIA Real Estate, had the privilege of attending a strategic meeting with leaders from the Urban Development Institute of Quebec (IDU), the APCHQ, the ACQ, and the CORPIQ. This high-level discussion followed the release of their 2025 joint federal election platform, unveiled on March 22.
🏗 Three federal parties were present to share their commitments in response to the major challenge of building 1 million homes in Quebec by 2030:
